INTC | Intel Rides The Uptrend — Eyes On The Buy-Side Liquidity!
By examining the Intel (INTC) Daily chart, it is clear that the stock remains in a well-established uptrend, consistently printing bullish Breaks of Structure (BOS) as it advances. As long as price continues to trade above the Protected Low, the higher-timeframe outlook remains decisively bullish.
Daily Timeframe
The Daily chart continues to display a strong bullish market structure. Before the latest BOS was formed, price retraced into a key Order Block, where buyers stepped in and used that demand zone to fuel the next impulsive rally. This type of price action is characteristic of a healthy trending market.
Looking ahead, a similar sequence appears likely. Price may retrace to sweep liquidity beneath current levels before finding support within the Order Block between $104.97 and $111.35. If buyers defend this area, the next bullish leg could target the buy-side liquidity (BSL) around $142.53. This outlook remains intact provided INTC stays above the Protected Low at $98.16. A sustained break below that level would be the first meaningful indication that the prevailing uptrend is beginning to weaken.
The lower timeframes reinforce this view. Both the 4H and 1H charts remain aligned with the Daily trend, with the $98.16 Protected Low continuing to serve as the key structural support. This alignment across multiple timeframes suggests that buyers still control the market, making retracements into the $104.97–$111.35 Order Block potential buying opportunities rather than signs of a trend reversal.
🎯 Market Bias
The preferred scenario remains a corrective move into the lower Order Block to collect resting liquidity before buyers regain momentum. Should demand hold within the $104.97–$111.35 zone, price is expected to resume its advance toward the $142.53 buy-side liquidity target. Until the $98.16 Protected Low is violated, pullbacks into demand should be viewed as continuation setups instead of bearish reversals.
📰 Fundamental Outlook
The technical strength is supported by a significant improvement in Intel's fundamentals. The company has emerged as one of the market's strongest turnaround stories in 2026, posting gains of several hundred percent as optimism surrounding its Foundry business continues to grow. Investor confidence has been further strengthened by a series of analyst upgrades. HSBC recently raised its price target from $100 to $200 after incorporating the foundry business into its valuation, while another leading analyst doubled their target, describing Intel's foundry opportunity as increasingly compelling.
Additional enthusiasm has come from reports of growing AI-related foundry demand involving major technology companies such as Google, Apple, and SpaceX. Even so, some caution remains warranted. Intel is now trading at elevated valuation levels, recently experienced a sharp pullback during the broader semiconductor sector decline, and its upcoming Q2 earnings release on July 23 could introduce significant volatility. Despite these risks, both the technical structure and the broader fundamental narrative continue to support a bullish medium-term outlook.
